I'm Heather and I've been running Pilates Club since I qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2007. I'm certified in both Mat and Pilates Equipment (Reformer, Cadilac, Ladder Barrel and Chair).

I've continued my studies to improve my knowledge of chronic low back pain. I qualified as a Back4Good® Practitioner and BackCare® Professional in 2014.

My focus is to help clients achieve efficient and functional movement, improve their posture, flexibility and strength, and to help relieve stress and tension.

I take an active part in mentoring student teachers through their training at the Body Control Pilates Studio in London.

Prices

Mat classes: six week block

East Dulwich: £72 (£12 per class, £14 for drop-ins*)

Dulwich Village: £84 (£14 per class, £17 for drop-ins*)

Norwich: £60 for six week block

*I only take drop-ins if there is space.

Terms

A block of classes must be paid in full in advance of start date. This reserves your place. If you miss a class for any reason, you can make it up in another class (in the same block) providing there is space. Missed classes cannot be taken over to the next block. I'm sorry but I cannot give a refund.


What to wear

Something that is comfortable for you which gives you the flexibility to move with freedom. Most clients prefer to wear leggings or sweat pants with a t-shirt. Trainers not needed, just socks.
